Web site update status

I have plenty of more work to do and bugs to work out. Feel free to make comments/suggestions just keep in mind I'm swamped with work to do on this site and probably won't get to anything until spring time. Right now I'm looking for:

Main web page items:
- links to additional vulcan 500 related resources.
- content suggestions for the main page
- a volunteer to design a logo to replace the temporary one up top. I'll get to it eventually but it's really low on my priority list.

Forum quirks to be fixed:
-link logo back to main page instead of forum
-make links in forum open in new tab/window

I have been busy getting the bikes ready for riding so I've slacked off a bit on the site. Next weekend I'll be slaving away at upgrades to the main page. Let me know if there's anything you'd like to see.

I've started to implement the main frame work. Once I get that worked out I'll start filling in content. No update to the forums thou.

hey TRIANGLES, i will design a new logo for the top if you tell me what dimensions you want it to be. it may take me a little bit, but not to long. let me know if you want me to.

Thanks kawboyCAFE. However neilybob was working on on one. below is what he has so far. I think I'd like to see the silhouette in black mirrored on both sides of the a solid black "Vulcan500.com" text. If he decides not to do it I'd say the height should be the same as the temporary logo and the within reason the width is irrelevant.

tell him the one with the black bike behind the words looks best, but instead of just a black bike, tell him to put an actual pic of the bike back there. just a thought.

I've finally figured out the navigation and I've got the basic template I'm gonna use worked out. It's not pretty but functional. I'll work on the cosmetics once I've got all the content done.

GODDAMN SPAMMERS VANDALIZING THIS SITE!!! Sorry had to vent here. I may have to change the registration process. if this keeps up. You may or may not have noticed the past week or so several newly registered accounts have been spamming the forum with gibberish and links to who knows what. I've been pretty quick to clean up the mess but it's getting old fast. If anyone gets spammed private messages as well please let me know.
