Looking for a quiet helmet.

 Looking for a quiet helmet. My first helmet was an Icon Mainframe. I really liked it. My next helmet was a cheap HJC CL-15 that I got on clearance. I like it except that it is louder than my Icon helmet. I would like something quieter since I am planning to do some long distance trips. I was considering and Icon
Alliance or Airframe but I don't like them as much as my first Icon helmet. Another helmet I seemed to like was the Scorpion EXO 400 and 700 series helmets. Does anyone have any experience with these or have recommendations for a helmet they found that is noticeable more quiet than others?

Re: Looking for a quiet helmet. Earplugs should do the trick. Cheap and efficient.

Re: Looking for a quiet helmet. I have to agree with Jablonsky. I use a Nolan N100E and it is quite noisy. Earplugs (or tight fitting earbuds) are the only way to go for me.

Re: Looking for a quiet helmet. I just bought a HJC IS-17 helmet to replace my aging Scorpion EXO-400. The HJC helmet is definitely noisier than the Scorpion. I wear ear plugs regardless, but it's still noticeable.
