Today I pulled apart my petcock fuel tap clean it and the carbs really good. There was great deal of junk in the bowls including a massive paint flake and some small bits of grass or something plant like.
Was surprised to see the odd screens on the straws when I removed the petcock. Also explains why I read about fuel starving at high revs when people add an inline filter. The gay screen ain't working though so here here is the upgrade idea.
Cut the screens off, add a really good inline filter.
Happen to know the fuel line size? I forgot to measure it earlier
Possible fuel line upgrade.
