there are two holes for 10mm studs (3/8" if you're looking at English parts) As long as the studs are 10mm or 3/8" you should be good to go.
I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the spacing between the studs is less than most other bikes so that could be a concern if the bars you get are knurled at a certain distance apart.

yeah If you can find some with that size.
Usually there are more options available for risers with 1/2" threading
