Last summer I picked up a '99 EN500.
I was so impressed with it I jumped when another opportunity showed up:
It was in need of love due to spending time out in the elements, had a nice dent in the tank, so I took the excuse to start modifying it. Nothing major so far, but a start:

Where did you get that solo seat on the yellow vulcan? or did you fabricate it yourself?

ebay - it was ~ $60. I may at a later date get one with a deeper contour to better fit the shape of the frame, but I'm pleased with the quality at the price.

I think I will start playing around with a shorter rear fender to see if that works better than the stock one.
