Where did you find the fork gaiters? I've been looking but haven't found any the right size.

I went to my local automotive store and looked for shock boot covers that weren't too big or too small

Thanks Catseye, there is still a few more things I want to do to it.
I want to trim down the seat a bit, switch the rear fender and perhaps reposition the exhaust pipes so they resemble a sport bike's exhaust.

I am getting ready to modify my seat as well. Definitely the low point of the bike's appearance. Saw this recently:

I think this one is the best looking seats I've ever seen on this bike. It's made from cutting the stock pan, which I am TOTALLY capable of doing, and it would cost next to nothing. Dig the handlebars, too.

I'd be very curious to hear what you had in mind for the fender.....

It looks great Dino.

That's what I wanted to do to my bike, but I haven't worked up the courage.

Yeah I've seen that picture before. It was that same picture that inspired me to put some drag bars and risers on mine.
I bought similar risers to the one in the photo but I got them a little bit too short.
I might swap the bars to some broomstick bars or a different design in the near future.
For the Fender Im going to try to look for an 8 inch one and drill holes for the struts and get a new tail light as well
I have made my own springer seat but It was a bit small and springs were really weak.
Instead I'm going to make another seat but without springs, I'll post a pic soon when I start.

And thanks Druncle Kev, It wasn't too hard to make any of the modifications I did.
I'd have to say that switching the bars has probably been one of the best simple mods I've done.

New risers mounted on my bike. I tried mounting some broomstick bars but i got them a little bit too short in length.
