2009 500 Ltd
The modifications I've added since August 2008.
Large V Force Windshield
Clock
Clear turn signal lenses with mirrored bulbs
Saddlemen Express Cruis’n Slant large saddlebags
Kawasaki Luggage Rack
Kuryakyn ISO Wings pegs (Thanks GeorgiaRider)
Chrome trim on the bottom of the gas tank and around the rear fender
The pictures don't include the pegs or turn signals, the weather hasn't cooperated for new pics since I've added those.

Looks great DaisyField! I like your saddlebags too. I'd like to see a pic from the front of your bike to see how the larger Kawi windshield looks if you get a chance. I have the smaller one and it's really too small (especially since I added the Airhawk seat cushion).
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: 2009 500 Ltd
I will post some pics from the front as soon as I can get out in some warmer weather. I like the look of the larger windshield, although at 5 foot nothing it is as tall as I would want it. Any bigger and it would be in my line of sight.

DaisyField,
You know you're going to have to get Kuryakyn grips to match your new footpegs...Modifying never ends.

Re: 2009 500 Ltd
It holds my IPass. The IPass is my Illinois automatic toll paying device. With it I can pass through tolls here at 55 MPH, and we pay 1/2 what people paying cash pay. (Illinois' way of giving people an incentive to use the IPass.) It is really convenient, but I had to look and look to find something that would hold the IPass at the proper angle for the state's reader thingys, and I do think it's kind of ugly.

Oh... and the IPass wasn't in it. I take the IPass out of the holder when I'm not using it.

I was thinking about getting the Kuryakyn iso wings as well. How do you like them? I took a look at them and there are a multitude of part numbers. do you have to get the peg adapters too? Do you know what the part numbers are?

I love them, but I am very short, 5 foot nothin. Ask georgiarider what he thinks as he used to have them. My husband, who is 5'11, says that they make him feel like his knees are up around his ears. As to your second question, yes you do need adapters, I will have to look up the number if you want them. Let me know, and I'll check for you.

Yes, I used the iso-wings for a while and liked the look of them on the bike. It gave me more room to move my feet around too. I still felt too cramped at 5"11", so I got footpeg extenders and new pegs and it's great now.
