Re: EN500A "pilot box" replacement with a tachometer
Very nice. I've got plans to do something similar at some point down the road. I purchased an extra clamp to work with in case I mangle it too bad. Do you mind sharing what LEDs & holders you went with. I've looked around a bit on line, but the one's I think might work I'm worried are going to b...

Re: Highway Bars for Vulcan 500
Ah from the picture angle it looks closer to the exhaust pipe than it really is. That gives me a few ideas. I did some creative relocation of the idiot lights to put my tach where the idiot lights used to be. I'll have to see if I can dig up some picts. I'd like to see what you did with the idiot l...

Re: Highway Bars for Vulcan 500
I see I'm not the only one missing the left muffler heat shield. how did you mount your horn? I've been trying to figure out where to mount one on mine. Re: Highway Bars for Vulcan 500
I finally got an email from Tony at tucmoto a few weeks ago saying he had a few of the bars in for the A models. I ordered one and finally got it installed this past week. It came without any instructions but wasn't too hard to figure out where it needed to bolt on to. I had to flip the long motor m...

Re: 94 EN500A Saddle bag supports.
I made a set of my own using 1/4 inch rod I bought from Home Debt and bending it in a vice. I originally soldered Compression Lugs (found in the electrical dept of the same big box hardware store) on the ends to bolt to the bike. Unfortunately, the compression lugs are made of copper and the front o...

Re: Forward Controls
Well Jablonsky, Now that you've had the forward controls on for a while and I would assume a decent amount of saddle time, care to give an extended review. I'm only 6', but on my old A model, I feel like I'm folded up like an accordion. But since $500 is a bit of change, I'd rather somebody else doe...
